You can't talk about Scandanavian history and not hit this subject a few times! :]. Anyone have any good recipes? I'm working on one which has a higher ratio of honey to water, and I'm going to brew it like an Ale with hops, Barley, and some herbs. I'm thinking of, being as it was apparently popular with the Norse, throwing some Hazelnuts into the fermentation mash for good authentic measure. Any other mead enthusiasts here? :]
