I stumbled upon this forum and really like the idea behind it. I am very interested in learning/reconstructing Old Norse and can't wait to meet the rest of you.
I've been poking through the phrases and can't wait to get into this.
A little about me...I work with languages for a living (just not Indo-European languages). I live in the USA and am of Norwegian, German, English, Scottish, and Irish descent. So coming from a language background I can understand syntax, morphology, etc. I am also currently learning German (it is easier to get information on than Norwegian is). I eventually plan to move on to Norwegian and then perhaps some form of Gaelic.
